Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping is available on qualified orders. Any shipping cost for non-qualifying orders is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers throughout the United States.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Some opened personal care items are not returnable for hygiene reasons. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?
Email support@baskstores.com with your order number and the items you wish to return, and our team will send instructions within 1–2 business days.

When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@baskstores.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
