At BASK Stores, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain personal care items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@baskstores.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our support team and we will guide you through the fastest way to get the right product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
