Shipping policy

BASK Stores LLC ships to customers throughout the United States. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping costs.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping (where available): 2–3 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is available on qualified orders. Shipping costs for orders that do not qualify are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from the Order Tracking page or from your account.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@baskstores.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated or your package appears lost, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
