We want you to know exactly where your order is at every step. Here is how to track it.

Using Your Tracking Number

Once your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email includes a tracking number and a link to follow your package directly with the carrier. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the email.

Tracking From Your Account

If you created an account at checkout, you can log in and view your order status and tracking details at any time under your order history.

Haven't Received Tracking?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If it has been longer than that and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder, then contact us and we will send your tracking details right away.

Need Help With a Shipment?

If your tracking has not updated, your estimated delivery date has passed, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact our support team and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
